Post-operative recovery varies significantly by individual and country. You explicitly agree that you have received formal medical clearance to undertake abdominal and scar massage before starting this course. Do not use these techniques if your incision is not fully healed, or if you are experiencing signs of infection, pain, or bleeding. You must not start massaging your C-section scar until the incision is fully healed, closed, and dry. Typically, this takes a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks postpartum, but individual healing times vary.
